At JusJai2, we create every product with intention. Each piece is printed just for you through our trusted fulfillment partner, Printify, which means all sales are final—we do not keep inventory or process size/style-based returns.

That said, we’ll always make it right if something isn’t delivered the way it should be.

✨ All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

Size or color preference
Accidental order placement
Buyer’s remorse

Please double-check your size, color, and shipping details before placing your order.

✅ We Will Replace or Refund If:

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item is:

Damaged, misprinted, or defective
Incorrect in size, color, or design
Lost in transit after carrier investigation

Please notify us within 30 days of delivery by emailing social@jusjai2.com with:

Your order number
Clear photos of the issue
A short description of the problem

We’ll issue a free replacement or refund—whichever works best for you.

🏷️ Printify Fulfillment Policy

All JusJai2 items are printed and shipped by Printify. According to Printify’s terms, they will only remake or refund products if:

There’s a production or print defect
The wrong item was delivered
The product arrived damaged
The package is confirmed lost by the carrier

🧾 Return Shipping

We do not accept physical returns. Any approved replacements will be produced and shipped at no cost. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days once approved.
