Every JusJai2 piece is made to order — no inventory, no overproduction, and no unnecessary waste. Because of this, we do not offer returns or exchanges for size or style preferences.

We only accept refund or replacement requests if:

  • You received the wrong item or size

  • Your order arrived damaged during shipping

  • There is a visible misprint, flaw, or manufacturing issue


Return Window

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to report any issue with your order. Requests made after this window may not be eligible for resolution.


Return Method

In most cases, you will not need to ship the item back. Once we verify the issue, we’ll process your refund or send a free replacement.


Return Shipping Fees

If a return is required, we cover return shipping costs. You’ll never pay return fees for eligible issues.


Refund Timeline

Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days of approval.


What’s Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns or offer replacements for:

  • Incorrect size or style selection

  • Changing your mind

  • Color variation due to screen differences

  • Any item marked Final Sale or part of a Limited Drop


How to Request a Replacement

Email us at care@jusjai2.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • A short description

We’ll review your request and respond within 2–4 business days.


Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

JusJai2 currently ships within the United States only.


Shipping Timelines

Our garments are made to order. Please allow for:

  • Production Time: 1–2 business days

  • Standard Shipping Time: 5–7 business days after production

  • Total Delivery Window: Usually 6–9 business days from order to arrival

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.


Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight, method selected, and delivery location.


Delays & Lost Packages

We are not responsible for carrier delivery errors once your package is in transit. However:

  • If your package is delayed beyond 15 business days, email us

  • If a package is marked as delivered but missing, check with neighbors and your local post office first

Incorrect Shipping Address

If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • We’ll notify you

  • You’ll be responsible for the reshipping fee

  • We cannot reship or refund packages that are undeliverable or misdirected due to a customer error
