Every JusJai2 piece is made just for you—no warehouses, no overstock, no fast fashion waste. That means returns and exchanges are limited, but we’ll always make it right if there’s a problem with your order.


What Qualifies for a Replacement or Refund?

We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund if:

  • You received the wrong item or size

  • Your item was damaged during shipping

  • The print is visibly off (blurred, misaligned, or missing)

  • There’s a quality issue (holes, tears, stains)

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To start a claim:

  1. Email care@jusjai2.com

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • A clear photo of the issue

    • A brief description

We’ll review and respond in 2–4 business days. If approved, we’ll issue a replacement or refund. You don’t need to ship the item back.


What’s Not Eligible for Return or Exchange?

Because every item is custom made, we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Changing your mind

  • Color variation due to screen differences

  • Any item marked Final Sale or Limited Drop

Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

JusJai2 currently ships to the United States only.


Shipping Timelines

Our items are made-to-order. Please allow for:

  • Production Time: 2–5 business days

  • Standard Shipping Time: 3–7 business days (after production)

  • Total Delivery Window: Typically 5–12 business days from order to arrival

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.


Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Occasionally, promotions may offer free shipping.


Delays & Lost Packages

We are not responsible for carrier delays once your package is in transit. However:

  • If your package is delayed beyond 15 business days, email us.

  • If it’s marked delivered but you didn’t receive it, check with neighbors and your local post office first.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • We’ll notify you

  • You’ll be responsible for the reshipping fee

  • We cannot resend or refund packages that are unclaimed or misaddressed due to customer error

Always double-check your address at checkout.


Final Sale Items

Some collections, drops, and promotional pieces may be marked Final Sale. These items are not eligible for replacement or refund unless damaged or misprinted.

No. Because every item is custom printed, we don’t offer size exchanges. Please check the size guide before ordering.

Only in cases of manufacturing defects, misprints, or damage during shipping.
