Refund & Return Policy

At JusJai2, every piece is made with intention. Because all items are produced on-demand the moment your order is placed, each product is created specifically for you. This allows us to avoid waste and stay aligned with our creative values — but it also means our return process works differently from traditional retail.

To keep our quality high and our production clean, the policy below outlines what we can accept, what we cannot, and how we support you if something goes wrong.


All Sales Are Final

Because each item is printed individually, we do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credits for:

  • incorrect size selection

  • last-minute change of mind

  • color differences due to screen/monitor variations

  • general dissatisfaction or subjective preference

We strongly recommend reviewing the Size Guide and design previews before placing your order.


Exceptions We Do Cover

While all sales are final, we stand behind the quality of our work.
If something arrives with a true production issue, we will take care of it.

We will replace an item at no cost (or issue a refund only if a replacement is not possible) in the following situations:

1. Severely Damaged Product

The item arrives with significant damage that affects its use or appearance.

2. Incorrect or Defective Print

The wrong design, major misalignment, missing print areas, or production defects outside normal tolerance.

These are the only exceptions recognized as eligible for replacement.


How to Report an Issue

To submit a claim, email us at care@jusjai2.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your Order Number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

  • A photo of the print area (if applicable)

  • A photo of the packaging the item arrived in

Without photographic evidence, a claim cannot be processed — this is required by our production partners.


Resolution Process

Once your evidence is reviewed and approved:

  • We will issue a free replacement of the affected item.

  • In rare situations where a replacement cannot be produced, we may issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Return shipping is not required unless specifically requested (and if so, we cover the cost).


What We Do Not Offer

To prevent delays and maintain production efficiency:

  • No size exchanges

  • No returns for fit or preference

  • No store credit or gift cards

  • No refunds outside of the exceptions listed

JusJai2 operates on a made-to-order model — meaning nothing is printed until you order it.
This reduces waste, supports responsible production, and keeps our focus on creating intentional pieces for intentional people.
