Yes. Every piece is printed just for you once you place your order. We don’t mass produce or stockpile. That means your shirt, hoodie, or sweatshirt is fresh—made with precision, pressed with purpose.

2️⃣ Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All sales are final. We don’t accept returns due to size, color, or style changes. But if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect—we’ll replace or refund it at no cost. Just send us a quick email at social@jusjai2.com with your order number and a photo.

3️⃣ How do I know what size to order?

Check the size guide on each product page before you order—it’s accurate, and we keep it real. Need a second opinion? Email us or DM us @jusjai2house.

4️⃣ Who prints and ships my order?

We partner with Printify, a leading print-on-demand provider. They handle production, quality, and global delivery—so we can stay focused on designing gear inspired by the movement.

5️⃣ How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 2–5 business days after printing starts. Delivery time depends on your location, but typically:

U.S. orders: 5–10 business days
International orders: 10–20 business days

You’ll get tracking info as soon as it leaves the printer.

6️⃣ Can I change my order after placing it?

Once your order is in production, we can’t make edits. If you just placed it and something’s off, email us right away at social@jusjai2.com. We’ll do our best to catch it before printing begins.

7️⃣ Do you offer gift options?

Not yet—but we’re working on it. For now, if you want to surprise someone, we recommend shipping to yourself first, then gifting it personally.

Just browse the shop, pick your style, select your size and color, and click Add to Cart. Once you check out, we’ll take it from there. Every piece is made to order, just for you.

If your order hasn’t gone into production yet, maybe. But once it starts printing, it’s locked in. If you need to make a change, email us immediately at social@jusjai2.com—we’ll try to catch it.

No, not at this time. All designs are created by the JusJai2 team and released as-is. We don’t offer name printing or design edits.

Orders typically move into production within 24–48 hours. After that, printing takes 2–5 business days. You’ll receive tracking info once it ships.
