At JusJai2, everything is made with intention — one piece at a time, created specifically for you. Because our apparel is produced on demand, our shipping timelines include both production and delivery windows. Below is a clear breakdown of how your order moves from “pressed in time” to your doorstep.


Where We Ship

JusJai2 currently ships within the United States only.
International shipping will be evaluated for future drops.


Production Timeline (Print-On-Demand Model)

Because each item is printed after you order it, production typically takes:

• 2–5 business days
(This window can extend slightly during holidays or high-volume periods.)

You will receive an email once your item has been printed and is preparing to ship.


Estimated Delivery Windows

After production is complete, your order moves into the shipping phase.

Standard U.S. Delivery:
• 3–7 business days

Total expected delivery time = Production Time + Shipping Time.
Most customers receive their items within 5–12 business days from the date of purchase.


Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

  • The items in your order

  • Your shipping address

  • Carrier rates from our production partners

Free shipping promotions (if offered) will be clearly shown at checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the package leaves the facility.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.
JusJai2 is not responsible for orders shipped to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Addresses entered with typos

  • Old addresses stored in customer accounts

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at care@jusjai2.com.
If production has already started, we may not be able to change the address.


Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages

We want you to get your vibe right — every time.

If your package shows as “Delivered” but you do not have it:

  1. Check around your delivery location

  2. Speak with household members or neighbors

  3. Contact the carrier directly

  4. Email us at care@jusjai2.com

We will work with you and our production partner to determine next steps.
Replacements may be offered at our discretion.


Damaged or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, you’re protected.

You have 30 days from delivery to report:

  • Severe damage (item not usable)

  • Major misprints

  • Wrong design or wrong item

  • Manufacturing defects

To start a claim, email care@jusjai2.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Approved claims may receive a free replacement.
Refunds are considered only when a replacement isn’t possible.


Cancellations & Order Changes

Because each item is made to order, cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase.
After production begins, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
